  • Ensure the detail and presentation of each order meet our high standards
  • Prepares and maintains ingredients by following established recipes
  • Maintain proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Coordinate daily supply inventory for the bar and submit orders to management as needed
  • Assist in orienting new employees to their work area and participate in quality improvement programs
