  • Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and happy guests
  • Providing exceptional service and creating lasting connections with diverse guests
  • Familiarity with cleaning policies and following steps of service
  • Upselling and suggestive selling
  • Promoting specials, promotions, and events
  • Passion for training and upskilling knowledge
