Bar Attendant Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team. As a key member of the bar team, this position involves the smooth operation of daily bar activities.

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with patrons, taking orders, and serving meals and drinks.
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences, making recommendations on menu items and drinks.
  • Mix ingredients to prepare expertly crafted cocktails.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cocktail trends, spirit knowledge, and wine expertise.
  • Assist with planning and presenting the bar menu, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to stocktake, ordering, and deliveries, ensuring seamless logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven working experience as a bartender, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and serving techniques.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Knowledge of a second language is highly desirable.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Relevant training certification or willingness to obtain.
