The Role:

A Procurement Administrator is required to provide support to the procurement function.

Responsibilities include end-to-end processing of procurement activities, managing purchase requisitions/orders, and resolving discrepancies with Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Process purchase requisitions/orders using Pronto Xi ERP system and Coupa P2P software solution.
  • Reconcile or resolve discrepancies, including working closely with Accounts Payable team.
  • Expedite orders and work closely with Operations and Maintenance teams.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a sound experience in administration.

Key qualifications include excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in new supplier onboardings and providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and suppliers.

The Procurement Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of procurement activities and contributing to the organisation's success.
