Procurement Manager Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing procurement services through sourcing, contracts, and supplier management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide procurement management through sourcing, contracts, and supplier management services.
  • Undertake full lifecycle activities including sourcing strategy development, procurement planning, go-to-market assessment, negotiation, recommendation, award, implementation, and contract management.
  • Support and influence Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
  • Leverage knowledge of procurement and supply markets to achieve competitive advantage.
  • Seek out improvement opportunities, reduce waste, and increase value for money.

About You

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in procurement, logistics, and/or supply chain. They can evidence procurement and contracts experience. The candidate will have gained experience in sourcing, contracts, market research, 'should cost' analysis, and procurement planning/sourcing strategies along with practical experience in negotiating and confirming negotiated outcomes into contracts.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where they influence stakeholders, develop effective working relationships, and drive results while protecting our procurement interests.
