About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Coles, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our liquor stores. You will be responsible for managing inventory, creating a welcoming store environment, and leading a team of retail professionals.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing. Your strong communication and leadership skills will be essential in motivating and guiding your team to achieve their best.
About you and your skills
- You have experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments and a passion for learning about our products and growing with us.
- You are a social and outgoing person who enjoys chatting with customers and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- You are skilled in administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering, and inventory management.
- You are results-driven and motivated by the opportunity to hit store goals and boost sales.
- You hold an RSA certification or are willing to obtain one if you don't.
