Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Conduct and lead operational meetings including toolbox talks, weekly team huddles, and individual meetings. Review employee timesheets to ensure times have been accurately recorded and completed. Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, streamline processes, and work with the leadership team to implement change.

  • Skills and Qualifications:">

  2. 3+ years of experience in warehousing operations.">

A great attitude and strong commitment to safety practices are essential. A team player with a positive attitude, well-organized, and proactive approach is required. A forklift license is a must; experience with counterbalance and high reach is preferable. Energetic and sociable, capable of working within a tight-knit team.
