Airport Operations Director

As a key operational leader, you will oversee airport operations and customer service delivery in a designated area.
Main Responsibilities:- Liaise with the customer services team to ensure timely reporting of essential information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain professional interactions.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH TENANTS, STAFF AND STAKEHOLDERS FOR PRESENTATION, HOUSEKEEPING, AND ADHERENCE TO STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES.
- Submit daily activity reports, conduct building inspections and escalate issues as necessary.
- Participate in emergency evacuation training sessions and respond to emergencies as Chief Fire Warden.
- Investigate maintenance issues within designated areas and coordinate contractor work.
- Review and process incident and workplace health and safety hazard reports.
This role demands high levels of professionalism, personal presentation and exceptional customer service skills. You must be highly organized, willing to collaborate with the team and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Proficient use of Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to prepare reports and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Australian citizenship or full working rights in Australia.
