Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality customer service at all times">
  • Liaising with various airport teams to ensure smooth operations">
  • Supervising service partners' activities to achieve optimal results">
  • Directing passengers to respective areas, including arrival halls, transfer areas, departure gates, lounges, etc.">
  • Verifying entry requirements are met">
  • Coordinating with cargo, fueling companies, baggage make-up areas, aircraft loading teams, and catering suppliers for efficient turnaround">
  • Handling company mail and performing pre- and post-flight administrative duties">
  • Processing baggage claims and ensuring compliance with QR Safety and Security requirements">
  • Meeting on-time performance targets">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A combination of high school qualification and at least two years of experience in a similar customer-facing role within the airport environment">
  • Knowledge of airport functions, including passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance, and dangerous goods regulations">
  • The ability to work shifts, including weekends, is essential">
