Leadership Role

This is a high-performance leadership position that requires individuals to work collaboratively to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational activity of the airport ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain high-quality standards of customer service and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide team leadership and support to all staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Identify and address training needs, develop and manage staff performance to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in people management with ability to mentor, motivate and resolve conflict effectively.
  • Strong people leadership skills including performance management, coaching, mentoring and development.
  • In-depth understanding of airport operations and ability to implement strategies for improvement.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement philosophy.
  • Proven experience in implementing operational, safety, compliance, security and emergency procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and adapt style to suit the audience.
  • Understanding of change management processes and ability to support local level initiatives.
  • Knowledge of dispute resolution procedures and ability to work under pressure.
  • Capacity to make cost-effective decisions and work on a 7-day rotational shift roster.
