Job Description
Our multidisciplinary team is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our highly skilled and collaborative group. The successful candidate will focus on delivering high-quality speech pathology services to clients in the Mornington Peninsula area.
The role involves managing a caseload, providing evidence-based therapeutic supports, and interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client. You will also be responsible for assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments.

Requirements
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
- Current driver licence and own reliable vehicle
About the Role
- Delivering much-needed speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community
- Managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
- Assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders
- Positive can-do approach and mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks
