Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Strata Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to strata managers and committees.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess strong communication skills. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our strata properties.

  • Assist strata managers with day-to-day administration tasks, including submitting maintenance requests and maintaining body corporate registers.
  • Prepare committee and general meeting notices, minutes, and other documentation.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including committee members, owners, real estate agents, and contractors, to resolve queries and maintain professional relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in a similar field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
