Job Title: Rental Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a stress-free car rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers face-to-face and over the phone to understand their needs and offer solutions
  • Provide detailed information regarding rental agreements, insurance, guidelines, and procedures
  • Operate multiple computer systems, handle cash, balance transactions, and perform administrative tasks
  • Conduct vehicle quality assurance inspections, report damages or issues, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily goals and business objectives
  • Maintain high operational standards in line with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues
  • Previous customer service experience will demonstrate your ability to resolve queries quickly and accurately, offering products and services to ensure a seamless experience
  • A proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and able to work across multiple IT platforms simultaneously
  • Flexible availability to work Monday to Friday, core hours between 8:30 am – 6:30 pm, adjusting to customer bookings
