Content Creation Leader

Develop high-quality multimedia content for various departmental projects. This includes customer stories, internal company announcements, external promotional videos, marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training, and other initiatives. The role leads the production of digital and creative content for priority projects across the department.

Collaborate closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and relevant business areas to craft compelling stories that showcase government policies and initiatives. Ensure all creative content is clear, engaging, and timely, aligned with the department's digital strategy and strategic plan.

Identify positive story opportunities across multiple digital media platforms, manage concurrent priority projects, and oversee a team of video producers. Liaise with external agencies, balance stakeholder needs, and deliver high-quality creative products to achieve departmental objectives.
