Job Description

You will provide high-level support across the business, working closely with corporate, finance, and project teams.

This is a hands-on, varied role that will give you exposure to board-level administration, corporate registers, and investment activities – making it an ideal platform for someone wanting to progress their career in governance or commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting corporate secretarial functions, including board and committee documentation.
  • Maintaining corporate templates, registers, and compliance records.
  • Assisting project teams with documentation and administration across development and investment activities.
  • Coordinating filing, archiving, and document control processes.
  • Contributing to process improvements and system efficiencies across the business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Strong Organisational Skills

A high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems is also required.
