Construction Leadership Role

Rarekind is a trusted partner in providing innovative Civil Engineering and Project Management services for Land Development and Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the bridge between clients and contractors, administering construction works and monitoring project milestones. Liaise with contractors, clients and consultants to ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards are being met consistently.

Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports, supporting junior engineers and collaborating with senior leaders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Analytical, logical and methodical approach to work
  • Ability to provide technical expertise and knowledge on construction works contracts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
