Job Title: Manager, Technical Account Management

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage our Technical Account Management team, driving customer success in the APJ region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, building, and retaining a strong technical team, ensuring our customers receive premium support services.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Technical Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, focusing on proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success, aligning with sales and marketing efforts to achieve shared goals.
  • Act as a coach, mentor, and educator to the Technical Account Managers on your team, fostering growth and development.
  • Maintain control of escalated cases, leading cross-functional teams as needed to ensure prompt resolutions.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with customer success and sales management teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in people management, ideally in customer support or customer success roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant work experience.
  • Technical understanding of endpoint protection technologies and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience implementing systematic approaches to scale within fast-paced environments.
Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per yearBenefits:
