About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contracts Specialist to join our Procurement and Contracts Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting and overseeing the preparation of quotations, tenders, and expressions of interest, as well as the formal execution of contracts and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, tenders, and expressions of interest
  • Oversee the formal execution of contracts and procurement processes
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure efficient operation of the total procurement process
  • Ensure customer needs are satisfied and applicable regulatory requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or job-related experience in Procurement/Tenders
  • Demonstrated understanding of procurement/tenders processes within the Public Sector environment
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated high-level problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Commitment to ongoing excellent customer service with a highly developed understanding of customer service principles
