Job Description

As a Broker Support Administrator at our company, you will be part of a dynamic team that empowers the digital generation to succeed with money. You will work closely with Business Development Managers, Mortgage Brokers, Aggregators, and our lending operations team to drive new business opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and build relationships.

You will be responsible for providing status updates, managing expectations, and maintaining a smooth experience as files make their way through the pipeline. This includes working closely with credit, operations, business partners, and aggregator partners. You will also assist with Mortgage Broker training sessions and attend broker and aggregator functions when needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in residential mortgage lending and sales, as well as a talent and passion for solving customer problems. You must be an experienced Broker Support Administrator who can demonstrate that you are a team player and can work independently. You should have great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to step back and see the big picture when necessary.

In addition, you will love learning everything there is to learn about our products, competitor knowledge, and the broker industry. You must be a self-starter who gets excited by helping brokers and BDMs, and you should be solution-based and love problem-solving. You will represent yourself and the company professionally, maintain a current non-restrictive driver's license, and adapt to situations as they arise.
