Low Income Credit Specialist

The NILs scheme provides individuals on low incomes with safe and affordable access to credit over a range of periods.
As part of our Financial Inclusion programs, the role will work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting the NILs Team Leader in day-to-day functionality while reporting to the Business Support Manager.
- Deliver exceptional client service by working closely with individuals on low incomes to assess their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to track client information and loan activity.
- Provide regular supervision and support to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the needs of people on low income.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in microfinance or loan fields.
- Computer literacy and experience in databases and Microsoft Office applications.
