About the Role

As a Clinical Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating hospital-wide education and support for clinical and support services. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and other members of the management team to achieve the highest standards of clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver education programs for clinical and support staff
  • Coordinate the hospital education team and student programs
  • Support the Quality and Education teams in achieving clinical excellence
  • Manage the learning management system and report on compliance

Requirements

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Recent relevant experience in Acute Care settings
  • Education experience in adult learning environments
  • Post-registration clinical and education qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Understanding of the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards
