About the Role

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for growing Wellways' Carer Gateway profile and influence by delivering high-quality services to people and leveraging strategic partnerships into sustainable growth opportunities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Carer Gateway team in NSW. The successful candidate will have a strong background in service management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurturing and developing a capable and committed team
  • Providing leadership in the management and development of best practice service delivery across the Carer Gateway program
  • Ensuring that program financial objectives and contractual KPIs are met
  • Developing Wellways Carer Gateway profile and presence in the area as a leading provider of carer services
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications in a social science or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience working within at least one of the Caring, Mental Health, Community, Disability or Health Sciences Sectors
  • A minimum of 2 years management experience
  • Right to work within Australia
  • Current valid Driver's Licence and the ability to undertake some travel
