Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to enhancing software engineering practices. Your passion for technology and collaboration will drive you to contribute to projects that significantly impact our customers.
Your Responsibilities- Engage in complex problem-solving, performing root cause analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee and maintain AWS Cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Participate in key initiatives aimed at enhancing the capabilities, standards, and risk profile of our platform.
- Develop public Web Applications and APIs, leveraging your extensive experience in this area.
- Utilize excellent debugging skills to resolve intricate technical issues involving multiple system components.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and share insights with your team.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within your team, enhancing both people and processes.
- Apply your expert knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs in your daily work.
We utilize a diverse array of tools, languages, and frameworks. While we don't expect you to be proficient in all, familiarity with some of the following will be advantageous:
- Experience with GoLang, C#, Python, .NET Core, SQL, and React.
- Full stack development experience or a strong background as a technical specialist.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Proficiency in source control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Argo CD.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
- Understanding of modern software engineering practices, including Unit Testing and Test Driven Development (TDD).
