We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Manager to lead our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team at Better Health Network (BHN). As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing our ICT capabilities and driving innovation in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the BHN ICT Strategic Plan, ensuring it meets current and future business requirements.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the integration and management of ICT systems, driving innovation and efficiency in service delivery.
- Governance and Risk Management: Establish and manage auditing, quality assurance processes, and risk management strategies to ensure ICT systems are secure, reliable, and cost-effective.
- Team Collaboration: Lead a dedicated team of ICT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Advisory Role: Provide strategic advice to the Director and senior leadership team on ICT trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in cyber security, particularly in an operations role. Expertise in network, system, and cloud security, and familiarity with common vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques.
