Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support peer workers through reflective practice, supervision, and onboarding
  • Facilitate peer-led recovery groups in diverse community settings, promoting inclusive and trauma-informed spaces
  • Develop and review Individual Recovery Plans, ensuring participant-centered approaches
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and referral partners to enhance collaborative care and outreach strategies
  • Compile reports on outcomes and contribute to service evaluation, informing data-driven decision-making
  • Represent the peer workforce in planning, quality improvement, and team discussions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Lived experience of mental illness with minimum 2 years in recovery
  • Certificate IV in Mental Health or equivalent qualification
  • Current unrestricted driver's license
  • Intentional Peer Support Core Training Certificate
  • CPR Certification
  • Proven experience mentoring or supervising peer workers, with a strong focus on group facilitation and stakeholder engagement
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-focused, and culturally safe practice
