We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Recovery Facilitator.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build trust and rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentor and support peer workers through reflective practice, supervision, and onboarding
- Facilitate peer-led recovery groups in diverse community settings, promoting inclusive and trauma-informed spaces
- Develop and review Individual Recovery Plans, ensuring participant-centered approaches
- Coordinate with stakeholders and referral partners to enhance collaborative care and outreach strategies
- Compile reports on outcomes and contribute to service evaluation, informing data-driven decision-making
- Represent the peer workforce in planning, quality improvement, and team discussions
- Lived experience of mental illness with minimum 2 years in recovery
- Certificate IV in Mental Health or equivalent qualification
- Current unrestricted driver's license
- Intentional Peer Support Core Training Certificate
- CPR Certification
- Proven experience mentoring or supervising peer workers, with a strong focus on group facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-focused, and culturally safe practice
