We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive our sports retail launch in ANZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft a comprehensive marketing strategy to launch and grow our business.
  • Develop and manage an integrated marketing calendar, aligning with retail events, sports seasons, and product launches.
  • Leverage AI tools, performance data, and digital insights to optimize campaigns, automate workflows, and improve ROI.
  • Activate local area marketing initiatives that connect stores with their communities.
  • Oversee the production of on-brand content for use across various channels.

We require a strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and delivery, who can collaborate with ecommerce, CRM, Retail, and Merchandise teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in brand, retail, or digital marketing, ideally in sports, lifestyle, or omnichannel retail. They will have a deep understanding of the Australia & New Zealand sports ecosystem, including key sports, leagues, events, and audiences.
