Based in Melbourne, Conquest Sports partners with global brands such as Converse, Nike and Jordan kids' apparel and accessories.

About The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to the Group Head of Digital, will take end-to-end ownership of the digital marketing function for the Converse website, with a heavy focus on both acquisition and retention activities. Specifically, this role will have a major focus on Email/CRM whilst also managing third-party relationships for performance/paid marketing (SEM, Remarketing, Affiliates).

Additionally, this role will assume overall responsibility for the brand experience on the website plus the monthly Seasonal & Limited Edition launch programs (the "first quality" section of the site). This includes owning the homepage presentation, first quality user journey plans, and go-to-market merchandising strategies for new stories, in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders.

Full ownership of Converse digital marketing channels (excluding Social).
Large focus on the CRM channel (Email/SMS).
Ownership of the homepage and "First Quality" user journeys (full price section of the website).
Go-To-Market planning for new product drops, including Limited Edition collaborations.
Website merchandising.
