Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Operations Manager. This is a unique chance to lead site operations with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in a 3PL setting. A proven track record of cost control and improvement, as well as strong safety procedures implementation, is essential for this position.

About the Role:
  • The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • They will also be responsible for monitoring and measuring productivity against targets, identifying areas for continuous improvement, and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience in warehousing and logistics operations, preferably in a 3PL setting.
  • Proven history of cost control and improvement.
  • Strong understanding and implementation of safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
