The Operations Shift Manager will play a key role in maintaining customer expectations by ensuring timely delivery of orders to the right location. This involves leading process improvement initiatives, collaborating with support teams, and promoting a health and safety culture on-site.

  1. Develop and lead a high-performing team of Amazon associates.

  5. Physical requirements include pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching varying weights.

  • Knowledge of performance metrics and process improvement techniques.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
