Digital Solutions Leader

As a member of our Specialist Groups Marketing team, you will report to the Group Manager, Digital Transformation and Product. We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Product Owner to lead the development and execution of programs that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
Our digital ecosystem is designed to unlock the full value of our distribution network, provide real-time visibility and ease of use for our customers, and offer deep data insights into trends and behaviors. This will enable us to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for eCommerce systems improvements and key websites to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and other parties to scope, define, and deliver accurate and clear business requirements and analysis for eCommerce and key websites.
- Perform thorough business analysis, lead the definition of requirements, and support the technical project team throughout the implementation process.
- Identify gaps and customer pain points within the current state and incorporate solutions into the business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources; lead workshops and initiate team meetings.
- Support testing activities such as test case reviews, system integration test support, and user acceptance testing.
Qualifications include tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and significant business and/or technical experience. Demonstrated success in a similar position is essential.
Proficiency in project management disciplines from requirements gathering through to implementation of functional solutions is required. Experience in data analytics, data flows, data integration, and how systems can improve data accuracy and quality is also necessary.
Business acumen and empathy, along with a good understanding of key business drivers and strategies, identifying business needs, and implementing appropriate solutions are crucial.
Knowledge of CRM platforms and ERP systems, as well as understanding their usage in various business scenarios, is essential. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across all business units, are also required.
High-level organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
Comfortable working closely with business stakeholders at all levels and able to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams. Strong stakeholder management skills to gather requirements across multiple businesses and teams are also required.
