About the Role
Austin Health is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our team at the Olivia Newton John Cancer Wellness and Research Centre. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Radiation Oncology department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with a range of clinical conditions, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans using Elekta Monaco and Elekta linacs, ensuring accurate and effective treatment delivery.
- Document patient management and provide information to relevant parties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Participate in continuing education activities, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiation therapy and contributing to the development of our team's expertise.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Radiation Therapist who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. You will have a strong commitment to excellence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
