St. Michael College Early Learning Centre is an independent not-for-profit early learning centre in Caboolture, we are affiliated with St. Michael's College (Prep to grade 6).

We have a non-contact educational leader who is available to support all our educators in their roles, we offer additional non-contact hours for all educators and aim to create a work environment where educators feel safe and secure, and truly valued for the important work they do with children.

We are an exceeding service and strive to maintain this standard every day in the quality of our interactions, creativity and professionalism in our programs.

**We are looking for**
- Lead educator for the Pre-kindy room children aged 3 to 4 years;
- 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday on a 5-week rotating shift with variable shift times from 6.30am to 6.00pm;
- Ability to exercise patience when interacting with children;
- A caring and approachable nature.
