About the Job

The University of New England is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Training Coordinator to join our team.

  • This full-time role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality training and resources to support the professional development of staff across the Armidale campus.
  • Responsibilities include day-to-day operational delivery of sales and engagement strategy with prospective students to contribute to UNE's student recruitment targets.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced training professional with a proven track record in coordinating learning initiatives within higher education or large organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect and promote the University's brand image.
  • Contribute to meeting the University's admission and enrolment targets.
  • Ensure that the delivery of unit objectives is consistent with the University Strategic Plan and operational plan of the Division.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar training coordination role, ideally within a higher education or large organisation setting.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in developing a wide range of training resources, including presentations, interactive workshops and online modules.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and proven success in designing effective training solutions.
