Clinical Education Specialist

We are seeking a qualified professional to coordinate, deliver, and evaluate clinical education for undergraduate nursing students.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Clinical Nurse Educators (CNEs), Nursing Managers, and university partners to facilitate learning
- This role involves providing regular check-ins, debriefs, and hands-on guidance across multiple wards and clinical areas
- The successful candidate will assess clinical competencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
This is an office-hours role based onsite, 30 hours per week, temporary part-time until September 2026. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to educate, mentor, and lead the next generation of nurses.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in clinical education and facilitation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
