Inspire nursing students to educate, mentor, and lead with heart.
The role of Education Leader is pivotal in our education program. You will oversee the development and delivery of clinical education for undergraduate nursing students. This office-hours role offers a chance to shape the next generation of nurses while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate clinical education for undergraduate nursing students.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Nurse Educators, Nursing Managers, and university partners to facilitate student learning through regular check-ins, debriefs, and hands-on guidance across multiple wards and clinical areas.
- Assess clinical competencies, support student learning, contribute to continuous improvement, and promote a culture of professional growth and clinical excellence.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Holds relevant clinical or education post-registration qualifications and clinical experience deemed appropriate.
