This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong track record of success in the field of electrical estimating.
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Electrical Estimator in an Electrical/Civil construction environment.
- A sound understanding of the electrical contracting market and contract clauses, Australian Standard contracts, and Government contracts is essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors are required.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Extensive and demonstrable experience in completing high-quality Construction and Design/Construction (D+C) estimates and proposals for civil electrical systems.
- Competent in diagnosing clients' needs by asking specific and relevant questions, processing information, and providing recommendations/alternative solutions.
