Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing plant.

This position requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and production efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in heavy manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of process sampling and laboratory testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain plant assets to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and resolve operational issues.
