Aboriginal Community Service Graduate

As a Graduate - Practice Support, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development. The role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and skills training in casework, outreach activities, and community service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadowing casework staff across various programs to develop client-facing casework skills
- Providing support and assistance to clients and their families as needed
- Participating in regular team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Completed a qualification in Social and Community Services within the last 24 months
- Ability to engage vulnerable children, young people, and their families in outreach work activities
- Current COVID-19 vaccination and Working with Children's Check
