VACCA's Aboriginal Graduate Program offers a 12-month rotational employment opportunity designed to provide graduates with comprehensive experience in community and social services. This structured program incorporates training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
- This role involves working collaboratively within our service delivery teams, applying knowledge gained through education in a practical work environment.
- You will have the chance to develop client-facing casework skills by shadowing casework staff across various programs.
