Technical Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical support to clients via phone or onsite, working from home unless required at the client's site.

  • Resolve technical issues with endpoints, hardware peripherals, and Business SaaS.
  • Support software installations and configurations.
  • Manage user accounts, computers, and security groups using identity management tools.
  • Configure and maintain mailboxes for network users on various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating and reviewing technical documentation and a good understanding of MSP tools and systems.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Approximately 2-5 years of relevant MSP experience.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Office 365/Microsoft 365, Azure.
  • Strong experience with MSP tools and systems such as Kaseya, Datto products like Autotask and Datto RMM.
  • Citizens or Permanent Residents.
