Job Title: Senior Manager Financial Crime Risk Advisory

This senior-level role focuses on providing expert guidance and support to our organization in managing operational and compliance risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Lead root cause analysis and implement improvements to mitigate risks.
  4. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Manage and maintain critical risk management systems and processes.
Requirements

We seek candidates with experience in:

  • Financial crime risk assessment, reporting, and mitigation.
  • AML/CTF and customer due diligence processes.
  • Transaction monitoring, sanctions, and customer screening requirements.
  • Data management and controls for sensitive data.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in financial crime or regulatory compliance.
