Lead Service Designer

This role involves:

  • Developing end-to-end service design strategies across multiple business lines to ensure cohesive, future-ready services.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate service experiences into deliverable features and drive capability building within the team.
  • Leading research and insights synthesis through qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design decisions.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making with evidence-based design strategies.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Service Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex service design projects and leading high-performing design teams.


Requirements
  • Relevant education in a human-centred discipline such as UX design, Service Design, or Customer Experience Design.
  • Proven experience in customer experience and behaviour research, with a focus on developing complex service experiences.
  • Expertise in customer research and analytics, with demonstrated success in navigating complex research to deliver actionable insights.
  • Leadership in stakeholder engagement, successfully leading large groups to drive experience improvements.
  • Experience leading design teams, supporting and guiding other designers to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and human-centred design processes.
