The Senior Manager, Business Demand and Engagement plays a pivotal role in facilitating the implementation and delivery of CAPEX and/or Digital Sales, Service & Marketing projects. This involves rolling out continuous ways to optimize, enhance or improve our digital capability platforms.

The successful candidate will require extensive vendor management skills and solid commercial contract negotiation abilities. They will be responsible for managing leads and sales targets, converting awareness into sales and meeting numbers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the overall delivery of the Digital capability program & related initiatives, within budget and aligned digital transformation strategy.
  • Determining resourcing for Programs and projects, onboarding subject matter experts, or engaging external agencies to ensure the best digital resources are on board.
  • Engagement with Marketing, measured through leads and demand generated into the digital funnel.
  • Representation with the mid-market and Enterprise Leadership teams, specifically through participation in initiatives and projects in order to achieve combined outcomes.
  • Engagement with Enterprise Delivery Organisation (EDO).
  • Administrative duties relating to meeting capital/operating costs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Solid business modelling skills and comfortable running budgets & accurate forecasting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with an ability to build strong relationships and tailor communication to keep it simple.
  • Proven ability to set up complex Digital Project/Program structures that meet the business needs, including recommendations for the use of the best delivery model for the initiative.
  • Experience of Digital (Digital Marketing & ad tech or data-driven marketing highly advantageous).
  • Degree qualified in a Business and/or IT related field.
