About Our Disability Support Team

We are a leading provider of disability support services, committed to delivering high-quality interventions that lead to positive outcomes for our clients.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of skilled professionals as a Key Worker. You will be working directly with children aged 0-8 and their families, conducting assessments and developing personalized plans to support their development.

Your day-to-day activities will include conducting initial appointments with families, working collaboratively with teachers and family members to support the child's development, and building strong relationships with participants and their supporters.

  • You will have the opportunity to work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, and community centers.

As a Key Worker, you will also be responsible for documenting and billing each session through our online participant management system.

To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant tertiary qualification and registration, along with a minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families.
