We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager.

This role involves supporting the showroom manager in day-to-day operations, training and developing new staff members, and providing exceptional product knowledge to customers.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, the ability to lead by example, and a collaborative approach to work.

They will also possess exceptional sales skills and experience within the furniture industry or selling high-value items.
