Personal Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide high-quality support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and live with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and timely contemporary personal care to residents, assisting with daily living activities as needed.
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence, self-determination, and comfort, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Assist with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • Experience in a care role is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
  • Flu vaccinations and evidence of Covid-19 vaccination.
