We're seeking a solution-focused, curious, and analytical professional to join our high-performing Service Delivery Team as an Account Manager. In this role, you'll partner with customers to find solutions and drive efficiencies within their supply chains. You'll develop a deep understanding of customer requirements within your dedicated portfolio and provide valuable insights and expertise that enable us to navigate complex logistics environments and solve problems quickly.

In this dynamic role, you will be required to:

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers at multiple levels.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure clarity on projects and timelines.
  • Provide operational assistance with an onsite presence to support customers' needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement from a business perspective, leveraging customer and market insights, including strategic consultancy.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences resulting in ongoing improvements to our Net Promoter Score (NPS) results.
  • Foster a culture of delivering best-in-class logistics experiences across all aspects of the supply chain, ensuring retention and growth of accounts.
  • Provide insightful, value-add reports and analysis on solution performance and opportunities for greater efficiencies.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Account Manager/Project Manager role, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
  • A strong process focus, specifically in relationship management.
  • A deep understanding of commercial drivers of businesses.
  • Proven analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to quickly navigate complex logistics scenarios and find effective solutions.
  • A relentless passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • A solution-focused orientation.
  • An enjoyment of working in fast-paced and challenging environments.
