Job Description:

As a Mortgage Loan Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.

  • Build strong relationships with the community, branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in customer service or sales.
  • High level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly.
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills.
  • Understanding of small business offerings and consumer lending experience.
