We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Cyber Security Specialist to lead the design and implementation of advanced cyber security solutions for our SAP systems and cloud environments.

This role involves developing comprehensive security strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation in security practices.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Security Architecture
    • Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security architectures that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on cyber security architecture and design, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Risk Management and Compliance
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber security risks associated with SAP systems and cloud infrastructure.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, standards, and policies, including ISO 27001 and NIST.
  • Security Architecture and Design
    • Design and architect Cyber Security relating to the SAP and cloud environments, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
    • Implement advanced security controls and measures to protect against sophisticated cyber threats.
    • Develop and maintain security architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
  • Incident Response and Threat Intelligence
    • Develop and maintain robust incident response plans to address security breaches and incidents.
    • Lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
    • Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats and develop proactive strategies for threat detection and response.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and mentor a team of senior cyber security specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
    • Provide expert guidance and support to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure holistic security coverage.
    • Effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives and board members.
  • Thought Leadership and Innovation
    • Stay updated with the latest cyber security trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Drive innovation in security practices, leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance security posture.
  • Training and Awareness
    • Develop and deliver advanced security training programs to educate employees on cyber security best practices.
    • Promote a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
