Culturally Sensitive Care Coordinator

The Aboriginal Cultural Liaison Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering connections with the local Aboriginal community to deliver culturally sensitive care.
This position is deeply rooted in the community and requires an individual who can bring their cultural understanding and lived experience as an Aboriginal person to this role.
The successful applicant will be responsible for bridging mental health services, advocating for consumers, and building relationships with key stakeholders. They will also be involved in developing and implementing culturally safe practices that reflect the needs of the Aboriginal community.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant tertiary qualifications in health or management, demonstrated knowledge of complex issues affecting Aboriginal health and wellbeing, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
